Our Adult Gymnastics Program includes:
  • learning gymnastics skills, drills and techniques

  • starting with the foundations and working your way to more advanced skills

  • progressing on an individual basis

  • strength and conditioning

  • mobility and stretching

  • body awareness, power, and total body fitness amongst other systems

  • functional movement 

  • competition team with other adults if desired

Attire:

Comfortable fitted clothing you can move and tumble/workout in.  We recommend avoiding anything too loose fitting.  Bring a towel and water bottle.  Chalk is available for purchase in single blocks (due to COVID regulations).  Socks are NOT recommended for safety.  Wrist supports are permitted if desired for support and comfort. Grips are ok once there is a basic understanding and skills including kips and swings.

Paddle just for fun or friendly competition.  Our weekly SUP league is a community of paddlers of all ages and paddle levels looking for community to paddle with.

Our unique SUP Fitness workout created by Rachel Cantore designed for all paddle levels, ages, and a variety of individual interests.

Kids and teens can learn to stand up paddle board too!  Our Program teaches children and teenagers of all ages how to stand up paddle board.

We offer a few unique Group Social Paddles on our calendar each month including a Full Moon Paddle and Sand bar paddle.

Get certified in Paddle Fused Fitness and become a Paddle Fused Fitness Coach.  CEC-approved course

Take your SUP training to the next level with fitness training on land.  Cross training in the gym, home, or other environment is helpful to build your strength, balance, power and aerobic base.

A friendly supportive environment to practice your SUP skills, and paddle technique for paddlers of all levels and ages.

Learn how to stand up paddle board including how to successfully stand up, water and SUP safety, SUP equipment, and proper paddle technique.

We have group paddles on our schedule weekly, our book by appointment based on your availability and group size!
