I value each and every person who contacts me whether we end up working together, you purchase a program, or choose neither. Please allow 24 hours for me to respond to your emails or phone calls. If for some reason, I do not return your call within this period of time, your message may have been missed (it happens to us all) so you may reach back out. The only exception to the above is if I am away and traveling in which I ask for 3-5 days to respond.
This also applies to current clients and members.
If you contact me past 8 pm, or earlier than 6:00 am during the week I will not respond. I will be in contact with you during the daytime hours of 6:00 am and 8:00 pm, unless I am with another client, appointment, or group training session.
If you contact me after 5:00 pm on Friday I will return your call or message Monday Morning. If it is urgent please email email@example.com
Exceptions to this include 1-1 coaching clients, in which I ask for 24-48 hours response time.
What’s the difference between a DIY or “E” program, guide, course, and coaching? What about training?
DIY means it’s completely done up for you already and all you have to do is purchase, access and download or view to being using.
“E” services are online, internet or web based services. Either a course, program or book/guide.
Training Programs – fitness and exercise workout programs. There are a few different options for these which include various exercises, workouts and guidelines to follow. Some training programs include exercise videos and supplementary content, others may not.
Guides and Books – these are one time purchase download only materials. Once you have purchased you have forever access, so if you do download or print out the guide and lose it you may return back to access it again without having to pay another fee. There are NO videos or supplementary coaching or other content included with these.
Courses – think of a course you may take in school. It’s broken down into chapters or sections, and laid out step by step. Courses may have additional content, videos, homework activities, or tools included that a Book, Guide or Program might not.
I’ve provided my Nutrition 101 courses as BOTH guides and courses for you to choose how you like to learn and apply best.
How long will this take me?
We are each unique individuals. From the way we look down to our genes and unique microbiology, metabolic responses and more. Therefore, your journey to reaching your goal will likely take a different length than the next person. Even if you do the exac same thing. With this said, when you commit and are consistent with your path, your body within will begin to make changes and improve almost immediately! Typically, visual results may be seen anywhere from weeks to months.
Metabolism is all the processes your body goes through to function. How it uses energy and how it goes about its needs daily. Dieting and weight loss approaches all to commonly fight against your metabolism and therefore it’s normal healthy functions. Understanding and working WITH your metabolism instead of fighting against it means your body will be happy and when it’s holy it’s more likely to lead you toward your goals rather than against them.
What are some benefits to your program?
You get all the tools, education and materials needed to succeed right at your fingertips. The Masterclass school courses aren’t laid out so that you don’t become overwhelmed and end up falling off the wagon. Plus, you’ll have your coach right alongside you walking with you along your journey. They’re there to help you navigate everything, add to your understanding, support you, emphasize your wins, and point out sticking points that your otherwise miss from your own perspective and bias.
What if I don’t get results?
We guarantee results in knowledge, understanding, internal wins, and external progress if you commit, are consistent, honest and stick things out. If you’ve put in 100% effort and work into applying and implementing what you learn with Fusion Online/Fit and do not feel you’ve gotten the results desired let us know and we’ll work to make it right. Having realistic expectations and goals with timelines is necessary as well.
What can I expect immediately? And in the long run?
Immediately you’ll feel welcomed and motivated to jump on board with us! Sure you may be a little tired and there’s going to be a learning curve when you first get started. The biggest changes at the start of our program will be within - on a cellular level and inside of you.
Continued consistent work will in turn yield greater changes that expand beyond with including physical and visual changes, mindset and behaviors that impact your entire lifestyle and wellbeing!
How do I know I’m getting somewhere if I’m not counting calories or constantly losing weight especially in the beginning?
We stress being present and mindfulness. Change and results take time and patience and they often don’t happen how and when we want and expect them to. Non scale victories are HUGE! We also don’t stress the number on the scale at least not without it being in conjunction with circumferences, body composition/fat testing, and visuals such as pictures, the mirror, and how your clothes fit. These other wins members find turn out to be l greater wins than just seeing the number on the scale slide downward.
Only 45 minute workouts? Seems kinda short. How’s that possible for me to get results?
Consistency. Addressing how you live your life outside the gym. Spending hours in the gym is going to set you and your metabolism up to work against you. Hormones will become imbalanced and when that happens the becomes stressed, retaliates and holds onto fat. You'll feel like you're going in circles even though you're working oh so hard in the gym. Additionally, the gym is just ONE single means of reaching your goals. Over 85% of your results will be determined by what you do OUTSIDE of the gym, meaning your nutrition, your lifestyle, your environment and social interactions, and your mindset. Won’t I get bulky doing strength and weight training?
No! You get bulky or gain weight if you are eating in a calorie surplus. NOT by lifting weights. If you wanted to gain loads of mass you’d have to also eat a lot more, which is not what we’re directing you to do (unless in fact you are indeed in a building phase).
I’m so used to doing cardio to lose weight, I thought this is how I lose weight? How am I supposed to do that without cardio?
Here's the thing, cardio will burn calories DURING your workout, but lifting weights will boost your metabolism and calorie burn not only during, but after your workouts and even on off training days. Additionally, you can't only focus on burning calories. You need to focus on hormones and balance. If you don't want your body to fight back and lead to plateaus or lack of results, start lifting and keep your metabolism humming.
Why we ask you to commit for 6-12 months or longer?
Most people dip out too soon before they see results. If they only hung in there a bit longer to find exactly what works for them rather than just jumping ship and quitting or going to something completely different they'd get there much sooner! Real change and lasting habit and behavior change takes time, patience, consistency, work, and awareness. A lifestyle isn’t a short term thing. Because old habits, thoughts, beliefs and behaviors die hard plan to spend a good amount of time working on your journey before giving it the boot.
TransformIn8 and other DIY Training Programs:
How much is this program? Is it a one time fee or will I owe on a regular basis?
TransformIn8 is a one time fee of $57. Once you purchase it it is yours to access, download, print and keep forever. Any additional services or programs are additional fees.
Do I get coaching or 1-1 time with you?
No, you do not have any coaching or training sessions with me when you get the TransformIn8 program. That’s why it’s a DIY program. I DO have everything laid out for you – sets, reps, weights, videos of exercises, training calendar, and guidelines for training and movement. Everyone is slightly different so you may have to adjust and I’ve provided you will how to do this as well in the program.

What if I do need more training or coaching?
For training, I am not taking any long term personal training clients at the moment. I can do an intro training package – 3 training sessions either in person or virtual if you need specific guidance or help getting started or fine tuning your exercises and training. For Coaching, you may add on accountability coaching to the TI8 or any program. This is an additional cost and is done in 6-week cycles. How this coaching works is there will be a weekly 20-minute group coaching call for you to join in on and we will cover a different aspect of Nutrition, Lifestyle or Mindset weekly over the 6-weeks. There are set start dates for each 6-week cycle, to check when the next 6-weeks of coaching begins go here…
You may also sign up for 1-1 coaching for an additional charge. This is a month to month service with a 6-month minimum commitment. We will start with you completing paperwork and questionnaires for me to get an idea of your current lifestyle and behaviors as well as personal goals. Then we’ll set up your first coaching session – online (or potentially face to face) which will go over developing your starting point and guidelines. Then there will be weekly or biweekly check in coaching calls lasting 15-20 minutes done via phone, zoom or facetime.
Can I do this program? I’ve never worked out before.
You absolutely can! I provide videos and the exercises in the program are simple and perfect for beginners through advanced lifters and exercisers. I also provide alternatives.
Can I do this program if I’m familiar with training?
Absolutely! In fact, you will love that it’s all laid out for you so you can just take your training program to the gym or home gym area depending on which you prefer.
So I don’t need to do any cardio? Do I need to do cardio?
Well, everyone is slightly different so each person will have to adjust a bit based on their needs, goals and preferences. Ideally, you do want to do the least amount of cardio and ‘extra’ exercise necessary. You’d be surprised by how little you actually need if you’re doing the right type of training – strength and weights. Plus, your nutrition is more important in seeing those results than cardio is, so I’d direct more of my attention toward my eating. You may do this with the 6-week coaching add on!
How soon will I see results?
Well that’s truly dependent on the individual. Consistency and quality play big roles in how soon and how significant of results you see. Your nutrition and lifestyle are important too. So by addressing these other factors and being consistent in your training you will get the best results.
