What is Paddle Fused Fitness?

Paddle Fused Fitness is a unique SUP fitness class that fuses stand up paddle boarding with fitness and exercises for an amazingly fun workout experience.  During a Paddle Fused Fitness class you will learn the basics of standup paddle boarding including how to stand up and paddle correctly, and perform a total body workout - particularly targeting the core, abs and glutes - all while enjoying your beautiful natural surroundings of the May River.  

Paddle Fused Fitness is NOT SUP Yoga, and is different from Boga boards workouts and other SUP fitness workouts you may find.  

Whether you are looking for something fun and active to do while visiting the Lowcountry, are seeking an alternative workout to your current gym routine or sport, or are interested in a new physical activity or hobby, Paddle Fused Fitness will leave you with a memorable experience you'll be wanting to return to.  Everyone is welcome, from beginners to advanced level paddlers and fitness levels.

Class includes:
  • Basic SUP Introduction on land (covers how to stand up, proper paddle technique, and safety)

  • Fitness Introduction 

  • Paddle on the May River 

  • SUP Fitness Workout on your paddle board targeting the entire body, especially your abs, glutes and core

Information and what to expect:

*****Bring a water bottle and wear clothing or swimwear that you are comfortable getting wet in. (Footwear not recommended while on boards.)

  • Boards and paddles are provided.  (If you own your own paddle board you're welcome to bring it and save; see below)

    • We meet and launch off the Bluffton Oyster Company dock in Bluffton, SC. (75 Wharf Street)

  • Duration: approx 75 minutes (includes instruction and intro)

Cancellation policy:

Our Paddle Fused Fitness classes and other Paddle board options fill up quickly and early, and we have a limited amount of spots available for each class.  Therefore, we ask that you do your best to commit to the event/class that you sign up for.  If you must cancel, please do so as soon as you become aware of your needing to. 

 

Any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a “late cancellation” and are subject to being charged up to the full cost of the class/event. In the event of a “no-show” or “late cancellation” charges will be made via the CC on file.

Paddle Fused Fitness classes have a limit of 10 people per class if using one of our boards and equipment.

b. Text or call me at 630-300-8289

c. Email me at PaddleFusedFitness@gmail.com

  • Provide/select the class date and time you are signing up for.

AND

  • Provide your first and last name, email, phone number for each person signing up for a class  ​

    • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all scheduled classes.  Our classes fill up quickly, and last minute cancellations prevent us from filling your spot on short notice.  Thank you for your understanding.

​2.  Payments may be made via either:

- Venmo (preferred method) @rachel-cantore, or scan QR code above
- Cash is acceptable but you must choose "hold with credit card" when scheduling via our app

NOTE: To hold your spot when using our scheduling app you will need to provide a credit card but will NOT be charged unless there is a no show.  Please provide payment via step 2 options below. A mobile number and email are required to confirm your spot and for us to get ahold of you in the case of any changes. You will receive a confirmation email when you register via our app. 

***I will send you an email from at PaddleFusedFitness@gmail.com the day prior with any further details what to bring and be prepared for and a link to sign the wavier, information on what to expect wear/bring, payments.

*We reserve the right to change, reschedule, or cancel a class due to weather, winds, or safety concerns.

*If there are any conflicts, problems, or we need to reschedule I will email or call you immediately.
