Fusion Fit Training & Stand and Paddle are back to bring you another season of standup paddleboarding fitness experiences.

We've had such a great turnout in the past summer seasons our classes fill up quickly!  Please reserve and confirm your spot early and ahead of time to ensure you can join us! (details to sign up below).

Paddle Fused Fitness Classes

Paddle Fused Fitness is a fun, unique, and active standup paddleboarding small group fitness experience on the May River.

What is Paddle Fused Fitness?

Paddle Fused Fitness is a unique SUP class that fuses stand up paddleboarding with fitness and exercises for an amazingly fun workout experience.  During a Paddle Fused Fitness class you will learn the basics of standup paddleboarding including how to stand up and paddle correctly, and perform a total body workout - particularly targeting the core, abs and glutes - all while enjoying your beautiful natural surroundings of the May River.  

Whether you are looking for something fun and active to do while visiting the Lowcountry, are seeking an alternative workout to your current gym routine or sport, or are interested in a new physical activity or hobby, Paddle Fused Fitness will leave you with a memorable experience you'll be wanting to return to.  Everyone is welcome, from beginners to advanced level paddlers and fitness levels.

Class includes:

• Basic SUP Instruction (how to stand up, proper paddle technique)

• Fitness Introduction 

• Paddle on the May River 

• SUP Fitness Workout targeting the entire body, especially your abs, glutes and core

Information and what to expect:

*****Bring a water bottle and wear clothing or swimwear that you are comfortable getting wet in. (Footwear not recommended while on boards.)

  • Boards and paddles are provided.  (If you own your own paddleboard you're welcome to bring it and save; see below)

    • We meet and launch off the Bluffton Oyster Company dock in Bluffton, SC. (75 Wharf Street)

  • Duration: approx 90 minutes (includes instruction and intro)

  • Class limit is 7 participants (unless you own a board and are bringing it)

Cost

  • ​$40 per person

  • BOYB (Bring Your Own Board) and SAVE! - $30 if you own your own SUP board and will be bringing it to class)

Cancellation policy:

Our Paddle Fused Fitness classes and other Paddle board options fill up quickly and early, and we have a limited amount of spots available for each class.  Therefore, we ask that you do your best to commit to the event/class that you sign up for.  If you must cancel, please do so as soon as you become aware of your needing to. 

 

Any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be considered a “late cancellation” and are subject to being charged up to the full cost of the class/event. In the event of a “no-show” or “late cancellation” charges will be made via the CC on file.

***How to Sign Up***

Paddle Fused Fitness is a first come first serve class with a limit of 7 people per class.  

NOTE: 2-Step Process to Register and Reserve Your Spot....

1.  Register for a Class by either:

a. Add yourself to the class list *on our scheduling app here*

b. Text me at 630-300-8289

c. Email me at PaddleFusedFitness@gmail.com

  • Provide/select the class date and time you are signing up for.

AND

  • Provide your first and last name, email, phone number for each person signing up for a class  ​

    • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for all scheduled classes.  Our classes fill up quickly, and last minute cancellations prevent us from filling your spot on short notice.  Thank you for your understanding.

​2.  Complete your payment via either:

- Venmo (preferred method) @rachel-cantore, or scan QR code above
- Cash is acceptable but you must choose "hold with credit card" when scheduling via our app

- Zelle - PaddleFuseFitness@gmal.com

 

NOTE: To hold your spot when using our scheduling app you will need to provide a credit card but will NOT be charged unless there is a no show.  Please provide payment via step 2 options below. A mobile number and email are required to confirm your spot and for us to get ahold of you in the case of any changes.

** You will receive a confirmation email when you register via our app, then you will receive another email from me at PaddleFusedFitness@gmail.com the day prior with a link to sign the wavier, information on what to expect wear/bring, payments.

*We reserve the right to change, reschedule, or cancel a class due to weather, winds, or safety concerns.

What are Paddle Fused Fit Cruises?

A Paddle Fused Fit Cruise is a more laid back yet active and unique stand up paddleboarding experience that combines fitness with paddle exploration.  During a Paddle Fused Fit Cruise you will learn the basics of standup paddleboarding including how to stand up and paddle correctly, dip your toes into some Paddle Fused Fitness exercises, and paddle through the May River to explore the beauty of nature and your surroundings.
