About Our Weekly Paddle Practices

What

  • An open gym but for SUP!

  • Think of this as a group coaching style meetup; your coach will be observing, giving directions and feedback, while allowing you to freely practice 

  • Practice your paddle stroke, efficient paddling, also work on bouy turns, intervals/sprints, and other SUP skills

Who

  • Anyone who’s paddled at least once before, beginner to advanced/competitive, we ask that you take at least one SUP 101 lesson with us prior to joining our paddle practice meetups.

  • The place to practice, play, and work on your stand up paddle boarding around other supportive paddlers

When

  • Wednesday evenings after SUP 101 Lessons, some Saturday and Sundays, view calendar for dates and times

Duration

  • 1-1.5 hours

Level of Coaching/Instruction; experience necessary?

Level 1/2, at least some SUP experience necessary or SUP 101 lesson prior

Cost

  • $25, includes board/equipment

  • $20, BYO SUP
