We schedule classes and events up to a month in advance.  Days and times are subject to change based on weather conditions, tides, and winds.  Check back WEEKLY for the most up to date times.

Paddle Fused Fitness classes and Paddle Board lessons and tours are often scheduled around the following times:

**We would love to accommodate you and your group!  Please inquire for other times and days outside of what's listed below.

Monday Evenings

  • after 4 pm

Tuesday Mornings and Daytime

  • between 7 am and 3 pm

Wednesdays Evenings

  • after 4 pm

 

Thursday Mornings

  • between 7 and 10 am

Saturday Mornings 

  • between 6 and 10 am

 

Sunrise Paddle Fused Fitness Classes

  • between 6 and 10 am

*Paddle Fused Fitness Classes last approx. 70-85 minutes.

*6 people per group max

BYOPB - "bring your own paddle board" and save, group total increases from 6 when you BYOPB.

  

***So that you have the best experience possible, we factor in winds, tides, weather, temps, time of sunrise/sunset, and boat traffic when scheduling.

Scheduling Your Paddling Adventure:

We factor in weather, tides, and winds when scheduling.  Simply send us an Email or Text message and let us know:

1.) How many people are in your party

2.) Your preferred day(s) & time(s) that you'd like to go out.

3.) Let us know  if your group is interested in any of our specialty tours or outings, such as  Sunset Paddles, Moonlight Paddles, Sunrise Paddles, Private Lessons, or SUP Yoga / Fitness.

Payments:

- Venmo (preferred method) @rachel-cantore, or scan QR code below
- Cash is acceptable but you must choose "hold with credit card" when registering via our app.

** You will receive a confirmation email when you register via our app, then you will receive another email from me at PaddleFusedFitness@gmail.com the day prior with a link to sign the wavier, information on what to expect wear/bring, payments.
